Why is it the boundaries of what exists and what doesn’t are drawn by the senses? The surreal is not imaginary, it is a separate metaphysical dimension. The senses are only determined by an individual’s cognitive skills, so who among us holds the divine qualification to say with certainty what exists and what doesn’t?

Sartre once wrote that understanding death divorces humans and animals. So would the ability to understand life separate the human from the divine? I am an historical atheist, and if I am right, doesn’t that prove the absurdity of it all?
