She indignantly prevented a thirteen year-old school girl bride from being sold to human traffickers, and had to flee the country. She was aided by an American trained museum expert who coincidentally had to also flee his country to London in the United Kingdom rather than hand over foreign grants to a determined ruthless cabal of government officials or face death. After an inadvertent one night stand, Alice became pregnant, and delivered a strange mix of twin girls; one a clone of Alice, complete with blue eyes and blond hair while her equally attractive twin sister had African features. The unprepared family had to experiment and struggled in the first sixteen years to look normal raising two ambitious girls with strong virtually opposing cultural orientations. The blue-eyed blond Amabelle (Taiwo) chose to study in California, and literally became estranged from the rest of the family due to an inexplicable dark and abominable secret. There was the case of teenage pregnancy; an abandoned day-old baby boy in front of a church in a New York suburb. As DADA grew up, he determinedly embarked on finding his birth mother. Two decades later, Alice Beckwith and her husband Prof. Ola Koga, finally retired to New York City, still worrying about their defiantly independent daughter, Amabelle. Instead of the restful retirement she had hoped for, Alice’s journey in life became a mix of magic and wonder resulting in a gloriously fantastical experience.
