I’ll be returning to talk with students in my friend’s class over the metaphors/myths created by Plato in Books 6 & 7 of Republic: the Simile of the Sun, the Analogy of the Divided Line, and the Allegory of the Cave. I will livestream the class and throw up a few slides to go along as I talk with the youth. But I have also asked them to draw up what they imagine the cave to look like.
