And in the heard only what is heard

When in the senses, only what is sensed
And in the known, only what is known

You will not be influenced by THAT (craving)
When you are not influenced by that, you will not be caught-up THEREIN (unbound by self-identity)

When you are not therein, you will be neither HERE (in the subjective senses) nor THERE (in the sensed objects) nor IN-BETWEEN (in consciousness).

This is the end of DUKKHA (frustration, unease, suffering).
